Medicine Done Right

I’m a board-certified Internal Medicine physician practicing in Cypress, Texas. I’ve spent years caring for patients in the hospital setting, often meeting people on some of their hardest days and that experience shaped how I think about medicine today.

What I saw, again and again, was this: patients want excellent care, but they’re frustrated by how difficult the system makes it. Rushed visits, long waits, unclear plans, and feeling like just another number. That’s not how healthcare should feel.

Primary care should be efficient, thoughtful, and personal. You should leave visits with clarity, not confusion and a plan that actually fits your life.

That’s why I created FLoMD.

It was built around a simple idea: high-quality care, done right. That means taking the time to listen, using evidence-based medicine, avoiding unnecessary testing or referrals, and respecting your time. It means focusing on prevention, managing chronic conditions carefully, and making sure you always understand why we’re doing what we’re doing.

My background in hospital medicine and medical leadership taught me how important good systems are, but also how powerful a strong doctor-patient relationship can be. At FLoMD, those two come together.
